Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Agent with a strong focus on equipment and parts procurement.
  • In-depth knowledge of the equipment and parts industry, including trends, suppliers, and pricing.
  • Hands-on experience as a mechanic and heavy equipment operator, providing a comprehensive understanding of equipment needs, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve optimal pricing and terms with suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify cost-saving opportunities and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Proficiency in purchasing software and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in purchasing or supply chain management.
