Deliveries

Our Delivery Drivers contribute to the success of Ampersand with their organization, flexibility and communication skills. An ideal candidate is able to adjust to changing priorities all while providing excellent guest service. They are able to professionally communicate, and are comfortable with driving both small and large trailers in a variety of environments and situations. This position regularly requires lifting over 30-50 lbs, and unloading/reloading the trailer in a variety of weather conditions.

Ice Cream Guru

Knowledgeable on all things that make us scream for ice cream. Be familiar with and be able to articulate to guests what makes Ampersand Ice Cream different than other ice cream shops and be able to articulate that to the 500th customer with the same care and presence as the 1st. Helps keep our guests safe by knowing all ingredients and allergens and able to help guide our guests to the best ice cream for them.


Clean Freak

LOVES to clean Ensures the highest level of cleanliness in our shops with an eye for detail and never ending desire to clean. Never satisfied with an OK job and willing to repeat and redo until things are perfect.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $20.00/hour.
