Ampersand Ice Cream is searching for a Shift Leader in Fresno, CA.

Our shift leaders play a key leadership role in our growing company, leading theirs teams during shifts with a constant focus on providing an unparalleled guest experience, community and the Central Valley’s best ice cream. This person has hustle, a passion for achieving results and endless grit. The ideal manager is driven, puts their team first, and brings a positive, upbeat energy to everything they do. 

The qualified Shift Leader candidate:  

  • Has management experience or equivalent (1 years or more) 
  • Has customer service experience (2 years or more) 
  • Has a strong work ethic, keen decision making, sharp and most of all LOVES people
  • Is energetic, optimistic, and a proficient communicator 
  • Leads by example and excels in a team environment 
  • Is creative, resourceful, organized, and an excellent problem solver 
  • Is calm under pressure and navigates adversity with love and kindness
  • Knows and appreciates what makes Ampersand Ice Cream so special  
  • Must be able and willing to work nights and weekends

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $24.00/hour.
