A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Loyalty Lifecycle Manager is responsible for developing, scaling, and maintaining the Loyalty Program of multiple of our restaurant brands, through email marketing strategy, analytics, and relationship marketing. They'll utilize our loyalty management software, and provide leadership and expertise to execute strategies that drive member growth and value, aligning with overall business strategy and goals. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • The ability to travel out of state for new restaurant openings
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite  
  • Experience working with Loyalty Management Platforms (Thanx, Incentivio, Toast, and Mailchimp) preferred.
  • Experience in copywriting is a plus.
  • DTC experience is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the daily management and administration of the loyalty program and the execution of existing initiatives.
  • Plans, develops, and executes loyalty member programs, events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Reports and analyzes program, campaign, and promotion effectiveness and clearly communicates results to draw actionable insights and facilitate sound decision-making on the next steps.
  • Strategizes, develops, and tests new loyalty features, promotions, and benefits that drive member adoption, spending, and engagement.
  • Assesses the financial impact of introducing new program benefits that drive loyalty.
  • Leads the successful rollout of new features and benefits across all customer touch points. 
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage all program communications and customer experience.
  • Utilizes market research, customer feedback, program performance data, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities that deliver a world-class loyalty experience.
  • Creates training materials for Customer Service and Store Ops teams to assist with customer questions.
  • Participate and help as needed at all store openings, including travel. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
