Salary:$23.00-$25.00 (based on experience and education)
Hours: Flexible scheduling (Part Time)
Ability Program Private Fitness Instructor Responsibilities:
- Working with members with disabilities to help them achieve fitness goals.
- Giving expert guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle to members of all demographics.
- Meeting the needs of members in a safe and effective manner.
- Develop strong relationships with participants and their families through communication and actions.
- Provide feedback to participants and parents/guardians on individual performance.
- Creating client retention through progressive exercise prescription.
- Maintain confidentiality of all participants.
Ability Program Private Fitness Instructor Qualifications:
- Have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
- Are highly organized, punctual, and able to maintain own schedule.
- Hold an active personal training certification.
- 1+ years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Are at least 18 years of age.
