We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Wellness Coach to join our team.

About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires a strong passion for fitness and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our members. As a Health and Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for creating a safe and rewarding fitness experience for our members and their guests.

Responsibilities
  • Actively engage members to foster a positive and supportive fitness environment
  • Build strong relationships with members and guests to facilitate their fitness goals
  • Maintain a healthy, safe, and clean environment in accordance with internal policy
Qualifications
  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Have experience with exercise and/or strength training
  • Have strong relationship development skills
  • Enjoy working with people to achieve their fitness goals
  • Be able to perform First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training provided)
