Your day to day as a Field Service Technician - Medical Supplies

As a Field Service Technician at HME Specialists, LLC, you will have the rewarding responsibility of delivering and setting up medical equipment directly to patients' homes. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in their lives by providing hands-on training and instruction on the proper use of the equipment. Your empathetic and problem-solving skills will be put to use as you patiently guide patients through the process, ensuring their comfort and understanding. This role allows you to directly impact the quality of care our customers receive, making it a fulfilling and exciting position to apply for.

Would you be a great Field Service Technician - Medical Supplies?

To be successful as a Field Service Technician at HME Specialists, LLC, there are a few key skills and qualifications that are necessary for the job. First and foremost, you must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. This is important as the role requires you to travel to patients' homes to deliver and set up medical equipment. You should also have excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting directly with patients and providing them with instructions on how to use the equipment. Attention to detail is crucial when it comes to properly setting up and testing the equipment, ensuring that everything is functioning correctly.

Additionally, problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset are essential for addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the delivery and setup process.
