Job Description: As the General Manager in Tallahassee, FL, you will be responsible for leading and supporting your team members to deliver excellent experiences to our guests while effectively managing the restaurant's profit & loss. You will need to exhibit exceptional communication and customer service skills to connect with our loyal patrons and motivate an outstanding team. Your role will also involve managing inventory, food cost, labor cost, food ordering, payroll filing and other admin tasks as well as implementing systems for operation efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for training employees and making hiring/firing decisions when necessary.


Job Responsibilities:

- Exhibit exceptional communication and customer service skills

- Lead and support team members

- Deliver excellent experiences to guests

- Effectively manage the restaurant's profit & loss

- Manage inventory

- Manage food cost & labor cost

- Food ordering & payroll filing

- Implement systems for operation efficiency

- Train employees & make hiring/firing decisions when necessary

Job Requirements:

-5+ years experience in a General Manager role in hospitality.

-High School Diploma or equivalent required. Current food handlers card required.
