Position Overview: Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled attorney to join its distinguished Commercial Litigation Practice in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will possess at least three (3) years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including landlord and tenant litigation, premises liability, HOA compliance, and real estate matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation.
  • Draft and review pleadings.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Engage in motion practice and oral advocacy.
  • Represent clients in landlord and tenant disputes, premises liability cases, HOA compliance, and real estate litigation.


Qualifications:

  • At least three (3) years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in landlord and tenant litigation, premises liability, HOA compliance, and real estate.
  • Superior writing, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Admission to the Georgia Bar.
