Position Description: ThinkTek is seeking a seeking a experienced Change Management consultant to support a project with our federal government customer. The Consultant will support project management activities for a training and change management contract. The consultant will execute on coordinated communications, change management, branding, process improvement, task management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or support Change management projects at all levels of the organization from scoping to delivery; specifically, organizational assessment, development of design options, recommendations, and implementation support
  • Ensure the design of organization structures and roles are configured to deliver on business strategy and in alignment with CM Principles
  • Lead and/or contribute to building a sustainable internal CM infrastructure including tools, resources, processes and methodologies
  • Contribute to the successful design and operation of an CM engagement model

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Minimum 5 years direct experience leading or supporting organizational change management projects; mix of other comparable experience may be considered
  • Experience working with models that address and ensure alignment between key organizational elements such as strategy, capabilities, structure, processes, rewards and people practices
  • Demonstrated experience with organization design including operating models, organization structure design and role design in large global matrixed organizations
  • Consulting experience (external or internal) required
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and contexts preferred
  • Strong background in conducting organizational assessments and diagnostics
  • Strong facilitation skills including design and delivery of workshops sessions in a virtual manner
