A national manufacturing retailer is seeking a TA Specialist to support recruiting efforts. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and offer management to help staff hourly roles.


Job Description:

The role involves managing the full lifecycle recruiting process primarily for production roles, building relationships with team managers, and using various recruiting tools to connect with candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for production roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with team managers.
  • Source candidates through direct sourcing, associations, social media, etc.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruiting activities.


Qualifications:

  • Up to two years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting or HR.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage competing demands.
  • Professional handling of sensitive and confidential information.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

  • 100% onsite role with an immediate start date.
