Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator provides marketing support to commercial real estate brokers in the National Net Lease team. This role executes both the corporate marketing strategy and regional initiatives.


The successful candidate in this position will play a critical role in the success of SRS’ industry-leading net lease brokers and the presence of the SRS brand in the industry.


This role requires a can-do, customer-service-focused attitude, and offers a well-rounded marketing position with opportunities for growing knowledge and experience in all facets of marketing, graphic design, analytics, and commercial real estate. This position provides access to the best marketing software, tools, and templates in the industry, as well as ongoing training.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing

· Create and deploy marketing materials, including website listing pages, emails, marketing packages, etc.

· Create and deploy email blasts, including property listings, market recaps, events, etc.

· Build and maintain property listings and client information as needed on srsre.com, CoStar, LoopNet, and other third-party sites.

· Ensure all communications, presentations, and marketing materials enhance the SRS brand and are consistent with brand guidelines and precedents set by the corporate marketing team.

· Use Apto (Salesforce-based business management software) to assist brokers in tracking the progress of their listings and business development pursuits.

· Maintain, update, and segment contact databases, email distribution lists, and party invitation lists.

· Assist in preparation of documents related to property listings, which may include reporting spreadsheets and PR notices.

· Create print and digital marketing packages and presentations for property listings.

· Assist research analysts with market aerial map creation as well as demographic and traffic count research as needed.

· Assist in aspects of computer usage related to marketing including e-mail signatures and styling documents according to SRS brand standards.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Team player and customer-service-focused attitude.

· A strong work ethic, the strength to thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment, and an ability to meet critical deadlines.

· Basic understanding of commercial real estate required.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred (marketing, graphics design, advertising, finance, or business).

· Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar.

· Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills

· Email marketing, public relations, social media, and database management experience preferred.

· Experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
