Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Interact with clients to identify their insurance requirements, offer personalized advice, and address inquiries.

Policy Recommendations: Propose insurance products that align with clients' needs and financial goals.

Sales Generation: Develop leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve sales targets.

Client Retention: Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure lasting relationships and repeat business.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice.


Requirements

- Licensing: Possession of an active Mississippi Property & Casualty License is preferred.

- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and team members.

- Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remain flexible, and thrive in a non-remote setting.

- Team Collaboration: Proven capability to work collaboratively with colleagues, fostering a positive team environment.

- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software systems and proficient in using digital tools for communication and client management.
