Hello I'm a captive insurance agency looking for a few awesome people that love insurance and/or want to learn insurance. We are looking for the right person to round out our high achieving, competitive and fun team to help us provide top notch service to our policyholders. I offer a competitive wage, generous bonus, 50% paid health insurance, paid time off, lunches and celebrations of our wins. You have to love working with the public and be somewhat detail oriented to understand the coverages and eligibility guidelines. You would be working with a close knit team and me This employment opportunity is with a State Farm agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies and requires the successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred or ability to obtain.

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Self-motivated

Ability to multi-task

Ability to effectively relate to a customer

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
