Job Description:
As a Truck Accessories Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers find the perfect accessories to customize and personalize their trucks. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in identifying their accessory needs and preferences.
  • Recommending suitable accessories based on customer requirements, budget, and vehicle specifications.
  • Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively engage with customers in-person, over the phone, through social media, and via email to promote accessories and generate sales.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in the truck accessories industry.
  • Collaborate with the management with sales goals and strategies.
  • Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and stocked with a diverse selection of accessories.
  • Utilize sales tracking tools to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or truck accessories industry.
  • Passion for trucks and knowledge of truck accessories.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
