Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Agency Sales & Operations team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation and appointment follow up.

Client Communication: Assist in handling client inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring timely responses to client needs.

Office Management: Coordinate office operations, processes & logistics to ensure an efficient & effective workflow.

Project Assistance: Support various projects related to agency sales, marketing, and operations under the guidance of agency leadership.

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating agency events, team meetings, and client engagements.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in an executive assistant role or similar position is preferred.

*Insurance experience is a value-add.

Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in email etiquette and professional correspondence.

Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Professional Development: Demonstrates a proactive commitment to continuous learning and growth. Willingly engages in relevant training, stays abreast of industry trends, and adapts this knowledge to navigate the evolving landscape of insurance.

Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
