Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive communication.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
    • Monitor and report on customer account status, ensuring all issues are resolved and expectations are met.

  • Customer Support:

    • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and billing inquiries.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and efficient responses to queries.
    • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) to resolve customer issues.

  • Sales Support:

    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer accounts.
    • Assist in processing orders, renewals, and any related documentation.

  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and account status in CRM systems.
    • Generate and provide regular reports on customer activity, account performance, and issues resolution.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
