Job Duties

  • Completes administrative and clinical tasks in offices, hospitals, or other healthcare facilities.
  • Works with physicians and other medical professionals.
  • Helps with tasks like filing insurance forms or providing clinical care to patients.
  • Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients' charts.
  • Bridges the gap between patient care and administrative tasks.
  • Ensures efficient operations in a medical office.
  • Communicates with insurance companies, provides customer service, accepts payments, and takes care of other essential tasks in medical facilities.

Education and Experience

  • Some experience working in a Doctors office
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Effective communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Certified huge plus.
