Compensation:

$110,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads by engaging in networking activities, prospecting, and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Assist clients throughout the home buying and selling process, offering expert guidance and support every step of the way.
  • Negotiate offers and oversee transactions smoothly from contract initiation to closing.
  • Prepare essential documents like representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements to ensure a seamless home-buying experience.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry advancements, and local regulations.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, peers, and industry experts.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to accomplish shared goals and objectives effectively.
Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will be a full-time Sales Agent operating in Chandler, AZ, US.
  • Holding a valid Real Estate License is a requirement for this position.
  • Demonstrating a consistent track record of real estate success is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have.
  • A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree being desired.
  • Holding a valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car is necessary.
  • Having sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent industry trends is crucial.
