WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • 2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing a team
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving
  • Excel and QuickBooks wizardry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare accounting or finance
  • CPA or relevant professional certification
