Restorative Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Joliet Terrace is a 120 bed Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), providing care to the mentally ill/behavior health population (schizophrenic, bipolar, major depression…).  Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, we are easy to commute to and have a stable team.  What makes us unique:

Job Description

What you will do in this role: 

The Restorative Nurse (LPN) is responsible for coordinating restorative care for our center.  You will assist residents in attaining or maintaining the highest level of physical functioning possible.  You will work closely with our therapy team to help patients reach their clinical goals and prevent declines.

Qualifications

Restorative Nurse:  We will consider a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for this role.

 

What we need from you:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
  • 2+ years’ experience in a SNF setting as a Restorative Nurse is preferred
  • The restorative/rehabilitation certification is ideal
  • Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
