Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Cash Handling
  • Verify Insurance and coordinate with insurance companies
  • Manage service rental car fleet
  • Create and monitor rental agreements
  • Provide and ensure customer issues and complaints are directed to the proper person in a timely and efficient manner
  • Control efficiency of Rental Office procedures and employees

Qualifications

  • Drivers License is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Phone and Excel spreadsheet experience
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
