WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Based in Grand Rapids, MI, this position works with our Counter Solutions team to deliver high-quality countertops in both residential and commercial settings. From quoting to install, our team works together to deliver the highest quality along with exceptional service. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing AutoCAD (2D) to design and/or modify Cambia countertop layouts for residential and commercial installations.
  • Working alongside our Counter Solutions customer service and field install teams to provide exceptional products and service to our customers.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred or related experience

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Ability to utilize AutoCAD (2D) to render countertop drawings.
  • Ability to read (and manipulate when necessary) drawings received from customers.
  • Ability to work with drawings and interpret notes from the template and install technicians.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Natural detail orientation.
  • Solid understanding of importance of accuracy and precision in work.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
