The Role:

We are seeking a full-time Test Technician to join our growing team at our facility in Billerica, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the team that helps support the success of our product. The Test Technician will be responsible for the testing and test plans of ColdSnap's pod system. The ideal candidate would be an organized self-starter who is driven that can work both individually and as a team.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Validate tests on our pod system and report any issues
  • Assemble and validate various components and sub-assemblies of the ColdSnap machine.
  • Design, build and evaluate the ColdSnap system test methods.
  • Quickly recognize error in test results, troubleshoot errors and report to the ColdSnap Test Engineering Team.
  • Record test data in automated application and Excel spreadsheets
  • Operate and maintain a clean environment
  • Assist with training of other ColdSnap employees.
  • Continuous improvement of procedures and processes.
  • Complete other work assignments as described by supervisor.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of testing experience
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
  • Excellent documentation and record keeping
  • High attention to detail
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Willingness to take direction as needed and the drive to jump into each day with a good attitude
