We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to support our US Courts client.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • The IT Project Manager (Senior) will oversee the implementation and maintenance of SharePoint Online solutions for a Federal Government customer. This role involves managing projects to improve productivity through enhanced collaboration and resource access, integrating with other Microsoft 365 applications, and automating administrative processes.
  • Develop and execute project plans for SharePoint Online deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to customize SharePoint templates and content types.
  • Ensure compliance with NIST security requirements and security policies.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with the federal customer and other local offices in the agency for successful project implementation.
  • Provide regular project status reports and updates to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • Lead training and adoption efforts for SharePoint Online within the agency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and expertise with Microsoft SharePoint Online
  • Demonstrated leadership skills/Previous lead position
  • Customer service skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with federal projects.
  • Extensive experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Strong understanding of NIST security requirements for federal systems.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Azure, SharePoint, and Drupal is a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Agile Project Manager or similar certification.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in IT-related field. Equivalent years of IT work experience may be substituted.

Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

*This position is contingent upon future contract award to Gunnison.
