Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team in the fitness industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and lead the customer service team to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Train and coach customer service representatives on product knowledge and service standards
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences to enhance service offerings

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager in the fitness or related industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of fitness products and services
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
