WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

We offer a 10% commission in this commission-only role, allowing you to drive your income based on your performance. With a guaranteed minimum of $30 per hour (equivalent to $1200 weekly if your commission does not exceed this amount), you have the potential to maximize your earnings while representing a reputable company in the electrical sector.

You will typically work 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. You'll average 2-4 calls per day during busy seasons.

All that you need is:

  • 5+ years of electrical installation or service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Sales experience

The following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Service Titan experience
  • Flat rate sales experience
  • Product knowledge

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR ELECTRICAL SALES SPECIALIST?

As an Electrical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for running all assigned leads using our proven 10 Steps of a Sales Champion process. Your role will involve completing a thorough home comfort survey and analysis for each lead, ensuring you arrive at all appointments ahead of schedule to provide exceptional service. Tracking and utilizing the follow-up tool for effective communication with leads and clients will be essential. Presenting three options to clients on every lead, including financing programs, is a key aspect of this role to offer comprehensive solutions and meet varying needs efficiently.
