Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the right automotive parts and accessories, providing expert knowledge and recommendations.
- Support store management in achieving sales goals, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
- Operate brake lathes and other store test equipment, performing various in-store services for customers, and occasionally driving a delivery vehicle to make deliveries.
- Perform various daily operational tasks, including preparing new, core, and warranty merchandise returns, assisting with monthly stock adjustments, and inventory cycle counts.
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and provide outstanding customer service.
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and weatherly index system is desired.
- ASE certification is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desired.
