Requirements of Wastewater Operator

  • Make sure all chemical tanks and containers and hazardous waste containers are properly labeled and stored. Load and unload chemicals and waste to and from delivery trucks.
  • Make sure all chemicals are within shelf life and manage all paperwork related to hazardous waste.
  • Titration of tanks

Qualifications for Wastewater Operator

  • Read, speak and write English.
  • Lift and carry 50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Operate fork truck safely.
  • Operate overhead cranes.
