  • Manage and lead the operations of multiple dental practices within the assigned region
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive productivity and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
  • Oversee staffing, training, and performance management for practice staff
  • Optimize operational processes to enhance patient satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflow and patient care
  • Assess and mitigate operational risks
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute regional business plans
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to practice managers
  • Resolve complex operational issues and escalate as needed
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of practice managers
  • Ensure the implementation of quality assurance and best practices across practices
  • Lead meetings and training sessions for practice management teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the region
Required Qualifications:
  • MUST HAVE 5 years experience in multi-site dental practice management including evening and weekend availability as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Prior P L management experience
  • Regular travel within the region and occasional trips to flagship headquarters location
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and success driven.
