Vice President of Human Resources Job Description

You will be part of a leadership team that thrives on collaboration, novel thinking and transformation.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement CAMcare’s Human Resource strategy, in collaboration with our leadership team
  • Oversee the organization’s recruiting, ensuring that CAMcare is hiring an exceptionally talented and diverse team to meet short- and long-term talent needs.
  • Ensure that CAMcare is creating a best-in-class employee experience, including employee engagement, learning and development.
  • Oversee human resources, compensation, and benefit programs.
  • Travel to and attend seminars and training sessions to keep current with trends and new practices.
  • Lead ADP implementation.
  • Report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Who you are and the expertise you bring:

  • Compassionate for patients and consumers.
  • A minimum of ten to fifteen years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience for a large organization, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or relevant field required.
  • Master’s degree in Business Management with emphasis on Health Care Administration
  • Strategic thinker who can address tactical and operational matters when needed.
  • Experience developing innovative and forward-thinking talent strategies and initiatives.
  • Capable of setting and delivering on ambitious Human Resource strategy goals.
  • Experience leveraging data and technology to drive results.
  • Experience using ADP.
  • Track record of successfully enhancing and shaping organizational culture.
  • Collaborative teammate, motivated to build and achieve goals with a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
