This role is critical to supporting the Multifamily Technical Services efforts, handling application processing, project transactions, contracting, data analysis, data entry, business process improvements, reporting, and managing the Program inboxes. Your Mission:

  • Support the continuous improvement of existing programs in the multifamily sector.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, including scope, schedule, and budgets.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to increase coordination.
  • Manage contractors and program support agreements.
  • Resolve issues regarding assigned projects with applicants or consultants.
  • Support the development of PONs (Program Opportunity Notice) and RFPs (Request for Proposal).
  • Participate in processes to test, measure, and adjust to maximize success.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to support reporting, program improvement, and new strategy development.
  • Participate in the evaluation of program effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for the Multifamily Team.

What You Bring:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables, graphing, and advanced formulas/functions.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to understand and navigate different database systems (experience with NEIS and/or Salesforce is a plus).
  • High level of productivity and ability to manage time and resources effectively.
  • Self-starter who functions well independently and in teams.
  • Ability to produce quality communications and demonstrate an aptitude to learn.
  • Technical oversight experience, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Project management experience, including implementing task and project ideas, assisting other project managers, and managing projects under close supervision.
