The Engineering Technician will be responsible for designing, specifying and quoting mobile fluid power systems along with other
service packages for Seneca Tank Dealerships. In addition, this role will work closely with vendors, technical experts, Seneca Tank
dealerships and new production to develop and implement mobile fluid power system improvements and operation.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions:
• Mobile fluid power system design, specification and quoting
• BOM creation and material requisition
• Train and advise service and new production mechanics on proper installation of mobile fluid power systems
• Utilize SolidWorks Electrical to create and revise hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics to support installations
• Create and revise Technical Service Bulletins for company wide use
• Hands on problem solving and technical support for customers and technicians
• Other duties as assigned

• Technical knowledge of petroleum transportation and mobile fluid power systems

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in petroleum transportation and mobile fluid power applications
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Ability to create blue prints and schematics using Solidworks
• Intermediate computer skills, including use of spreadsheet, word processing, email, internet browsing applications, and ERP
systems
Accountable For:
• BOM/Requisition accuracy
• Quote and Requisition SLA

Physical Demands:
• Must be able to physically perform medium work: exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, 20 lbs. of force frequently, and 10lbs. of force constantly to move objects
• Visual requirements include clarity of vision at a distance of more than 20 inches and less than 20 feet without correction, color vision, depth perception and field of vision
• Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
