The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the private banking division, providing strategic financial leadership, and ensuring the bank's financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the bank's overall business objectives
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the private banking division
- Oversee financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage the division's capital and liquidity positions in compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in senior roles within the banking or financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of private banking regulations, Basel III requirements, and international accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics tools
- Solid understanding of wealth management products and services
- Experience in multiple areas of banking (e.g., retail, commercial, investment banking)
- Knowledge of fintech innovations and their impact on private banking
- Multilingual capabilities
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in finance
