Job Title : Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Java/J2EE Specialist
Job Type : W2 / C2C / 1099
Experience : 8-20 Years
Location : Atlanta, Georgia
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in production support, system monitoring, or SRE roles within J2EE environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting complex issues.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE technologies, and frameworks such as Spring and Weblogic.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (Python, Shell).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (Azure).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins).
- Understanding of network protocols, load balancing, and security principles.
- Experience with database SQL queries.
- Ability to build Linux shell scripts on demand
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Certifications in Java, cloud technologies, or SRE methodologies.
- Familiarity with APM tools (AppDynamics), log management solutions (ELK/EFK stack), and Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) tools (Quantum Metrics).
- Knowledge of creating dashboards in PowerBI, AppDynamics, Quantum Metrics, and ELK/EFK stack.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
