Join our Dynamic Team as an Eating Disorder Psychotherapist LGTC Group, a thriving and privately owned mental health services provider located in the Bay Area, is expanding its multidisciplinary team of clinicians. We are committed to offering comprehensive care options to our clients while providing exceptional practice opportunities to passionate mental health professionals like you. We are looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish

Position: Psychotherapist.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions for clients.
  • Assess clients' mental health and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and dietitians, to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate records while prioritizing client confidentiality.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth and development of the group.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Associate Therapist (AMFT, ACSW)
  • California State licensure as a Psychotherapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
  • Spanish is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and growth.
  • Strong knowledge and experience Eating Disorders preferred
