Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Los Gatos Therapy Center. As a Eating Disorder Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients struggling with eating disorders and provide them with comprehensive care options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions for clients with eating disorders.
  • Assess clients' mental health and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate records while prioritizing client confidentiality.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth and development of the group.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Associate Therapist (AMFT, ACSW)
  • Spanish is a must.
  • California State licensure as a Psychotherapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and growth.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Eating Disorders preferred.
