Job Overview: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to oversee and manage the staffing process within our organization. This role involves coordinating recruitment efforts, managing staff schedules, and ensuring that all staffing needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of staffing and HR practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update staffing records, including employee schedules, attendance, and leave requests.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor staffing levels and work with managers to address any staffing shortages or adjustments needed.
  • Handle day-to-day staffing inquiries and resolve any issues related to employee scheduling or staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on staffing metrics, such as turnover rates, hiring statistics, and staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement staffing policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment and hiring events, such as job fairs and open houses, to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed, including employee benefits administration and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a staffing or HR role, with a strong understanding of recruitment and employee management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and management.
  • Proficiency in using HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address staffing issues proactively.
