Responsibilities:
- Innovate and implement cutting-edge procedures to monitor and enhance service quality.

Requirements:
- BS/BA in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years in a quality assurance role, with a proven track record of success.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
- Exceptional numerical skills and proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office suite and database management.
- Outstanding communication abilities to effectively collaborate and report.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and leadership capabilities to drive quality initiatives.
- A reliable and trustworthy team member, committed to excellence and ethical standards.
