We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Schedule Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to delivering top-notch dental services. A Day in the Life of a Schedule Coordinator at Smile Makers


  • Arriving 30 minutes before start time to be ready to go at 10 AM
  • Working with a driven team of general Dentists, Specialists, and other Dental Assistants
  • Caring for patients who are in all surrounding of Northern Virginia
  • Scheduling patients to efficiently meet production goals
  • Collecting balances from patients
  • Presenting treatments plans and financial arrangements
  • Coordinating between insurance verification teams
  • Coorinating with call center team members
  • Answering phone calls and follow ups within regular business hours
  • Following up on large cases to aid patients in financing options
  • Working in an office that is diverse where the team altogether speaks more than 10 languages
  • Treating every patient like family.
  • Seeing between 25-50 patients each day
  • Interfacing with patients through phone, email, and other platforms in a professional manner
  • Multitasking between different roles at the same time
  • Assisting with all administrative tasks.
