Revology Cars is hiring a Customs and Logistics Lead at the Orlando, Florida facility where we build 1965-1968 Ford® Mustang® and Shelby® GT new licensed reproduction rolling chassis and restored original automobiles.

The Customs and Logistics Lead is responsible for managing global logistics as well as customs processes including documenting and compliance with customs law, import/export regulations on a tactical and operational level and ensuring that shipping methods complying with rules, regulations and laws.

We are looking for a hands on leader who sets ambitious strategic goals with an excellent ability to balance the big picture with attention to detail. We are looking for someone with strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Manage contracts with Carriers, Freight Forwarders, 3PL, Warehouses, Customs brokers and all type of freight.
  • Own KPIs of the transport providers as well as customs brokers in terms of: Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining continuous improvement and best practices for global Logistics.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Manufacturing Automotive Background
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain management or related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in Customs and Logistics.
  • Experience dealing with Carriers, Freight Forwards, Local Transport, Customs Broker.
  • Knowledge of International Free Trade Agreements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members and suppliers.
  • Strong Leadership skills and management performance.
  • Strong communication/analytical/negotiating skills& organizational skills.
