Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee our Torch Drinks warehouse inventory and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless flow of goods, optimize inventory levels, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Logistics Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics, including transportation, distribution, and supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of goods both incoming and outgoing. 
  • Inventory Oversight: Supervise inventory control processes, maintaining accurate records of stock levels, locations, and movements within the warehouse.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve logistics and inventory management practices, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor warehouse and logistics staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics operations with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize inventory management and logistics software to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions regarding inventory levels and logistics performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all logistics and inventory management activities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in logistics management and warehouse inventory control.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management best practices.
  • Proficient in logistics and inventory management software, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English & Spanish
