Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Service Business Development Associate at Lustig Automotive Holdings in Westminster, California. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry, with a base salary and commission structure. As the Service Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability in our service department through developing and maintaining relationships with our customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options. We also provide opportunities for career advancement and ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive service department sales and profitability
- Identify and research potential business opportunities and create action plans to pursue them
- Utilize effective sales techniques to make appointments and meet or exceed sales goals
- Collaborate with service technicians and managers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of services
- Manage and track customer referrals and follow up with potential Service Connect leads.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and knowledgeable information to customers
- Assist with creating and implementing service marketing and promotional strategies to increase service department visibility and attract new customers
- Prepare and present reports on service customer data to management
- Continuously strive to improve service processes and customer experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales related job, preferably in the auto industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
