Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate:

  • Engage directly with customers, demonstrating expertise in product knowledge and providing tailored product guidance for each sale.
  • Conduct targeted market research to identify and engage with potential customers, fueling our sales pipeline.
  • Articulate the unique features and benefits of our products/services to meet individual customer needs.
  • Skillfully navigate objections throughout the sales process, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Participate in regular product training sessions alongside fellow team members and upper management.
