315 health is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team. As a Client Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner
- Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms and pricing
- Track client interactions and maintain accurate client records
- Follow-up with potential new clients the current clients connect 315 with
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients
- Monitor client usage and identify opportunities for improvement
- Resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
