And you’ll get to practice your passion in a non-profit, mission-driven organization that’s known for the highest level of care in our communities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for directing, managing and monitoring the PMO activities and duties on a daily basis. Supports all PMO projects with the potential at times to include reviewing, consulting, communicating and coordinating PMO project work taking place across the System. Provides support and training as needed to concept owners, project sponsors and project managers using established PMO tools. Collaborates with project sponsor and managers to understand project objectives and needs throughout the project’s life cycle from kick off to project closure. Works cross functionally across the System to gather any status reports/materials/data that can be used for project management content and communication purposes. Manages, develops, writes, and edits content for project management communication purposes, i.e., invites, email, updates and Power Point. Contributes to, manages, and maintains Workday Project and the PMO folders on the shared drive which house the overall repository of resources, history, and the scope of the PMO’s full body of work. Ensures key strategic projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements. Ensures alignment of initiatives/projects across the System. Promotes and manages the change management process to meet business needs, partnering with project sponsor and managers to anticipate the impact of changes in implementation projects. Ensures accurate reporting of metrics and milestones as well as analyzes resource allocation and availability. Translates project management principles into relatable, compelling tools to maximize project success and impact. Stays attuned of trends and best practices to assist in the development of new internal project management strategies, to promote effective communication and to measure the impact of project work. Tracks, measures and communicates project management effectiveness. Actively participates in the review of standard project management practices and procedures and makes recommendations for improvements as appropriate. Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication. Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System. Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System. SKILLS AND ABILITIES Maintains strong understanding of the System’s project management needs including structure and audience profiles to determine the appropriate channel, medium and distribution approach for project management. Ability to manage multi-dimensional projects with speedy execution while maintaining a strategic vision and creative problem-solving. Demonstrate skill and comfort in communicating and proactively building relationships at all levels of the System. Communicates clearly and effectively both internally at all levels of the System, as well as externally. Possesses strong organizational and project management skills. Is detail oriented and committed to timely follow up. Exhibits excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Is capable of thinking creatively and analytically. Ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment while managing competing priorities. Possesses solid problem-solving skills. Demonstrate a commitment to servant leadership attributes and/or approaches to associate development. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field Five to Seven (5-7) years of related experience, Project Management experience preferred Previous experience in healthcare setting preferred but not required EEO / M / F / D / V / Drug Free Workplace
