We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within different client sites.

· Work closely with the Branch Manager to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process.

· Communicates with clients promptly regarding specific job orders, candidate submittals, and other candidate matters.

· Ensure all hiring paperwork is completed correctly and all required screening procedures are completed including E-Verify and I-9 for all new hires, drug tests and background checks.

· Maintain a positive working relationship with clients.

· Provide client-specific training as it relates to the position.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all clients and employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma and/or GED required

· 2-5 years of recruiting experience or related experience. Required.

· Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desire to excel; and the ability to lead others.

· Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Must have strong time management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline.

· Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, the Internet, and computer aptitude.
