What You’ll Do
Analytical: Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and other financial schedules to look at trends, variances, and aberrations
Investigative: Direct and perform in-depth analysis of multiple data sources spanning but not limited to claims, billing, financial, and invoicing data
Independence: Consider initiatives with a first-principles mindset; independently arrive at novel solutions
Innovative: Help support the Company through its next phase of growth through collaboration with creditors, equity providers, and management
Proactive: Perform ad-hoc analyses that clarify opportunity areas in the business
Goal-Oriented: See multiple workstreams from initial request to delivery with a high-degree of excellence and timeliness
Team Player: Support the executive team in all matters
Detail-Oriented: Prepare executive-level memos and summarizations of key initiatives at the Company with a “zero-defect” mindset
Relational: Work with regional leaders, physicians, and functional leads to maximize platform performance

Relationships
The Strategic Finance Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Strategic Finance. This is a vital team-oriented, hands-on role with significant interaction with senior leadership and key stakeholder
What You’ll Bring
A strong foundation in business principles including finance, accounting, marketing, and business communications
Experience in consulting preferred; healthcare a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to pursue value-add initiatives on a daily-basis
Ability to present financial information to non-financial audience
Excellent written skills with the ability to distill comprehensive subjects to executive audiences
World-class communicator who is able to understand the needs of your audience. White-glove style of communication and service
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, accuracy and accountability balanced with sound business judgment
