Job Description-

7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager overseeing end-to-end delivery of projects from ideation to Production
10+ years of working directly with engineering/technical teams experience
Experience managing globally dispersed project teams
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management, and modern project management tools including Jira
Past experience as a software developer or a hands-on technical SME is a major plus but not a must-have
Experience managing and delivering AI projects is a major plus but not a must-have
Strong communication and presentation skills, with past experience directly interacting and presenting to executive leadership

Key Responsibilities-
Manage multiple technology projects, in parallel, across cross functional teams and coordinating delivery schedules in a start-up like dynamic environment requiring fast turnarounds from ideation to Production delivery
Breakdown projects into component parts, identifying risks and dependencies and tracking to closure
Clarify team priorities, goals and deliverables timelines
Promote ongoing alignment, transparency and visibility on project health to key stakeholders
Provide executive level reporting material on a regular/ongoing cadence
Ensuring adherence to organizational processes across SDLC, controls, business cases etc.
Limited amounts of vendor management
