Compensation:

  • $75,000 a year or based upon experience.

Compensation:

$75,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Caseload Management: Handle all aspects of motor vehicle accident cases, from signing up new clients to settlement.
  • Client Guidance: Guide plaintiff clients through the case process and build trust.
  • Legal Research: Conduct discovery, perform legal research, and write briefs.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies and lien holders to secure optimal settlements.
  • Team Communication: Provide direction and maintain constant communication with internal teams.
  • Expert Interaction: Engage with expert witnesses, draft expert reports and affidavits.
  • Litigation Preparation: Draft and file litigation documents and prepare for court appearances.
Qualifications:
  • An active member in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar (WI Bar)
  • Ideally 2+ years of litigation experience (ideally motor vehicle/automobile liability / MVA)
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
