Compensation:
- $75,000 a year or based upon experience.

Compensation:$75,000 DOE
Responsibilities:- Caseload Management: Handle all aspects of motor vehicle accident cases, from signing up new clients to settlement.
- Client Guidance: Guide plaintiff clients through the case process and build trust.
- Legal Research: Conduct discovery, perform legal research, and write briefs.
- Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies and lien holders to secure optimal settlements.
- Team Communication: Provide direction and maintain constant communication with internal teams.
- Expert Interaction: Engage with expert witnesses, draft expert reports and affidavits.
- Litigation Preparation: Draft and file litigation documents and prepare for court appearances.
- An active member in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar (WI Bar)
- Ideally 2+ years of litigation experience (ideally motor vehicle/automobile liability / MVA)
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
